1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Opened supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you about your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

If you wish to try a different product, please return the original order and place a new one.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Gummies arrive damaged or defective, contact us at hello@zenithritual.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a photo of the product. We will replace it at no extra cost.
