We believe wellness should be simple and seamless. That’s why Zenith Ritual covers the cost of
shipping on all orders.
Free Shipping All orders ship free of charge. No minimums. No hidden fees. Zenith Ritual pays for
shipping.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and
holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next
business day.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time We ship orders using the fastest available shipping method based on
your delivery location and order details.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Actual
delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Zenith Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at
checkout. Zenith Ritual is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or
incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Zenith Ritual is
not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact
us and we will assist with next steps where possible.
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and
include your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
International Shipping International shipping availability, delivery times, duties, and taxes vary by
destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
